If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Keeping the convenience of customers and the NammaBaby family, we are glad to inform you that a customer can return a product if damaged or the customer wishes to change. 

The amount of the returned product will be credited to the customer's wallet. This credit can be used to buy any other product or exchange the product.

You have 7 calendar days to exchange or return any product from the date you received it.

 To be eligible for return or exchange, the product should be in proper condition. Your item must be in original packaging.

  You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you. We will immediately notify you on the status of return and exchange after inspecting the item.

 If your return is approved, we will initiate the exchange or refund process.
